I want to share with you my first income source ever with the internet. No I am talking about the time in high school where you could put a toolbar and the internet and every time you clicked it you would get a penny. Even though that may have been my actual first failed attempt of making money online.
Actually, It was early 2000’s that’s how long I have been around the scene of making money online believe or not. I just used several different sites, platforms, and areas. The first time I was able to actually make money was using a fairly basic Adsense site.
I can remember putting in long hard hours of creating my site that I was so proud of. I had a method that I still really like to stick with, and it just goes to show that some old tricks still really work. I can still remember that first day actually receiving my first Google Adsense check and how surprised that I could really do it. And that it was not a scam, and that I am going to be able to cash this check and spend that money however I want. I will admit that was a very nice feeling and accomplishment to have.
Though were some hard truths that I had to swallow before getting to that point and I am here to share with you the cold hard facts before you should try to make money online, create a Adsense site, or whatever other avenue you would like to pursue.
There is no instant cash -…to start with! Don’t expect to make thousands or even hundreds of dollars the first 30 days. Anyone telling you that, buyer beware instant money is not realistic. It’s best to plan for making less than they claim and expect especially the first few months. I don’t care what you read, seen, or heard. I am just sharing my personal experience. There was several times I was so sceptical, thought this would never work, or wanted to quit. The best thing is stick it out for the first 3 to 4 months!
You will be anxious – Your going to start listening to others, read forums, and feel like what being creating is not working, will not work, or could be in danger of the next panda. You’re going to be tempted to want to check your stats, mess with email, or even get lost in social media land. Don’t get caught up in the hype. If you follow the rules that are very obvious, and make sure that your following them to the very last rule. It’s very quite simple. I can literally sum them up in three statements: 1.) have integrity 2.) write unique content 3.) help others.
You’re going to mess up – Sure enough at one point in time you’re going screw something up. The question is how bad will it be. The nice thing about the internet is it’s a pretty figuring place, and unless someone is out to really deliberately trying to spam or immaculate the search engines. There is not much that you cannot fix. These are usually great learning opportunities, and make you only that much stronger and knowledge for the next time around.
You will never have everything figured out – I can remember the first probably several months I wanted to ask questions, but not the right questions. I had a zillion questions and sometimes I found myself stopping to find out an answer before trying to move forward with things. This was a huge mistake, waste of time, and just another form of procrastinating. I learned very quickly that a lot of my questions are the same that everyone has and no really has found out the perfect answer. I found more important to keep moving forward, and learn as I go. Instead of stopping dead in my tracks looking for an cure all answer.
It’s hard work – Sure it’s hard work, but it sure does pay off in the long run. Its hard work, long hours, and a lot of time to put into something that’s worthwhile. That’s the key anything worth doing is going to take hard work. I am to let you know if you set your mind to it, and really put the work into something for a long period of time it will pay off. Focus + Intentional + Track =Success see it FITS!
I hope that you can learn from my early trials, mishaps, and
This type of work is not for everyone, but it’s a great feeling to know that you’re able to make money every day, every hour of the day! If you can stick with it for a solid 3 to 4 months you’ll begin to see success. It’s success such as this that will motivate you to get there that much sooner.
