Be the Best Freelance Blogger You Can Be

They say that knowing is powerful, but the most important aspect is to know the right things, people, and information.  While there are tons of people around the internet and blogging space who claim to teach you methods, ways to earn money, or even earn money writing.  This brings me to my newest section that I am interested in starting by sharing a few site reviews.

To add to the experience, information, tips and secrets that I will be continuing to snitch out here on Snitch IM Blog for you, I will be doing a few site reviews.  Do know these reviews will be honest; they are not paid and are strictly my opinions on the site.

This Friday we have our first site review of Be a Freelance Blogger.

Through this review I will be sharing my thoughts on her blog, what she has to offer, and if I feel what she has to over is really worth a look.

The Inside Scoop of Be a Freelance Blogger

In short, Be a Freelance Blogger is a freelance blog that aims to guide you through the process of starting, growing and expanding your freelance career. This can take on a variety of different forms, including how attract clients, where to find freelance gigs or just information on how to get your name out there as a freelancer.

Rather you are freelance blogger or a wannabe freelance blogger that you should give this one a good look for yourself.

The Be a freelance Blogger is ran by Sophie Lizard, and she has been there and done that.  Her story is a very interesting one and her background speaks for itself.  She has already managed to get some pretty high ranked guest blog post.

That’s One Fat Opt In

Overall, the design of Be a Freelance Blogger is professional, clean, and attractive blog look. I was very surprised to see no real sidebar attractions.  But you cannot miss the really fat opt in at the very top which I am sure draws the attention.

The design is easy to navigate, and gives the visitor all that is needed through a simple home, about, and contact pages that gives complete details of what is her to offer.

I will admit that I was looking around for more of the social ways to connect with Sophie through this site, but then found her about page that does list her Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Lastly, I have to give hands down to anyone that can post a picture of yourself being on a trapeze which she swears is her definitely deserves attention

Light Weight Content Blog Posts

I will be honest I was a big disappointed to come to a “be a freelance blogger” site and to see only two posts.  Though, to combat that thought, I have see Sophie guest blogging on several A list blogs such as Firepole Marketing, Problogger just to name a few.

Though the blog only has two posts, those two posts are well written, quality information, and will leave the reader with a thought to take away and start using it today.  And those two posts do have nice imagery to go along with the quality content which is always a plus in my book.

This blog is defiantly not overloaded, but I feel that for a blogger space several more content or blog posts would be idea.  With that shared if Sophie is using this blog more of a soft landing page than it might perfect that way it is.

Come for the E-Book, Stay for the Blog

free blogging ebook

One of the huge attraction as I pointed out already for this blog is the free ebook “The Ultimate List of Best Paid Blogging Gigs“.  This is a simple straight to the point and helps bloggers by giving direct links to several great blogging opportunities to get them paid today.

This is a great pick up if you’re looking to expand your blogging clientele and putting in the word to reach out to the clients directly.  Though be prepared to do your work, write a well written approach, and wait for hopefully a reply.

You review was dead on. She has a great site, but needs more content to round it out. Even just one post a week can attract a lot of readership. Great job!

      Hey Sophie,

Thanks for stopping by and checking it out! That sounds fantastic to hear about more post, but I just thought you might have been putting a lot of focus in guest blog posting on other sites to build up traffic to your site which is understandable. Maybe I could guest post on your site, what do you think?

Thanks again for stopping by and the comment Sophie! And I look forward to connecting with you more.
